We’re looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our team and help scale graphic design production by creating static 3d assets for UI and marketing across all our gaming sites. This is an in-office role , and candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area. In this role, you’ll create high-quality 3D designed assets including web banners and graphics, game ui, marketing assets, and visual elements that enhance player experience and engagement. Working closely with our design and development teams, you’ll contribute to the artistic vision and ensure our games stand out in a competitive market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level 3D Artist looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, shaders, scenes, and render compositions.

• Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining artistic integrity.

• Work with project managers, designers, developers, and marketing to ensure assets align with project scope and vision.

• Participate in design reviews and iteration cycles to refine ongoing projects.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in marketing, web ui, and 3d design.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D artist in the gaming and or marketing industry.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, shading, composition, lighting, and rendering using Blender or other 3d modeling software.

• Proficiency in graphic design.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.

• A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

• Portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, render compositions, and marketing designs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working in iGaming

• Experience using game engines such as Unity, Unreal, Godot

• Experience developing UI/UX designs

• Experience assisting in the development browser based games

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
