We’re looking for a Human Resources Professional to join our growing team! What You’ll Do Model 3D characters with clean, quad‑based topology ready for animation and rigging. Adjust poly‑count and UVs to meet project needs. Export models and textures to Autodesk Maya (FBX). Collaborate with our rigging/animation team and respond to feedback. Troubleshoot texture/UV issues. Optional: Sculpt facial expressions for animation. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of 3D character modeling experience (professional, freelance, or academic). Strong portfolio showcasing animation‑ready models. Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or ZBrush. Understanding of UV mapping, rigging needs, and clean topology practices. Open to feedback, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per week.
