Job Description 3D Modeler & Detailer (Revit) $28 – $32 per hour + Overtime + Medical + 401(K) Are you a Revit specialist who enjoys turning complex designs into practical, buildable solutions? Do you want to work on a variety of custom, high-value construction projects where no two days are ever the same? We’re looking for a talented 3D Modeler & Detailer to join a growing company known for innovation, collaboration, and looking after its people. You’ll be part of a team that values precision, creativity, and technical skill. What you’ll be doing: Developing accurate 3D Revit models based on architectural plans and project requirements Producing clean submittal drawings for review and approval Creating fabrication-ready details — from component sections to cut lists and material specs Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and the BIM Coordinator to align design outputs with production methods and site conditions Ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and meet company standards Managing drawing revisions and contributing to the continuous improvement of templates and workflows What we’re looking for: Experience in architectural drafting, modeling, or detailing Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (minimum 2 years in a professional setting) Familiarity with construction documents and fabrication principles Experience producing submittals and/or shop drawings preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams What’s in it for you: $28–$32 per hour + overtime Medical, 401(K), and long-term career development opportunities A collaborative team culture with variety and exposure to unique projects Stability, growth, and a company that truly invests in its staff If you’re a detail-driven 3D Modeler or Revit Technician who wants variety, growth, and the chance to work on technically challenging projects, we’d love to hear from you.
