We are looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee contracting, administrative, and operational functions for grant programs in the East Bay. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulations, manage workflows, and provide support to dedicated staff. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to impactful programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

• Provide leadership and supervision to administrative and committed team members.

• Design and optimize workflows, training materials, and resources for grant application processes.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve challenges throughout contract and grant cycles.

• Conduct occasional outreach to grant applicants outside of regular business hours.

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks related to emergency funding programs.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance program efficiency.

• Provide detailed reports and updates to stakeholders on program progress and performance.

• At least 5 years of experience in contract compliance, budgeting, and administrative management, demonstrating attention to detail.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preference for Office 365.
• Solid understanding of contract management principles, budgeting practices, and team leadership strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADP Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM systems.
