He/She performs general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** + Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel. + Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution. **Qualifications:** + HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent + Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook + Accurate and rapid data entry skills **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer. The base pay for this position ranges from $22.05/hr to $35.80/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
