Job Opportunity: Assembler
Location: Loveland , CO
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Hours : 1 st shift (Monday – Friday)

Are you detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team for a temp to hire position in Loveland, CO
Key Responsibilities:

• Must read, write, and speak fluent English to follow SOP/work instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications required.
• Experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Execute assembly tasks following standard operating procedures with supervision.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the company's lean manufacturing principles.
• Work cooperatively with cross-functional team members to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following procedures and regulations.
• Train new team members on equipment operations and procedures.
• Complete paperwork, maintain accurate records, and report work status.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods.
• Frequent need to talk, hear, and handle materials.
• Ability to reach above shoulder height and below waist.
• Must read and speak English fluently.
• Proper lifting technique required for lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
