Position Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to support our Project Managers in delivering commercial construction projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PM in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and financial tracking
• Maintain contract documents and logs
• Coordinate subcontractors and issue subcontracts
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation
• Help enforce safety and quality standards
• Contribute to project closeout and administrative tasks
• Foster and cultivate a positive team culture
• Manage multiple projects and occasional travel as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or project management (preferred)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
• MS Project / P6 experience (preferred)
• LEED certification and Timberline PJ experience (a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Position is located within the Hampton Roads area
