Key Responsibilities include providing direct care and support to clients/patients, monitoring daily activities and responding to crises, facilitating group education and structured activities, assisting in admission/orientation process, providing transportation support, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance. Education and experience requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of responsible employment, with preference for experience in Human Services or related field. Additional qualifications include effective communication skills, knowledge of confidentiality laws, basic math skills, ability to establish rapport with clients, and physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/carry objects.
