Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Philadelphia, PA | $70 per hour | Full-Time, School-Based | Single School Site | Middle School

At Scoot Education, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for students and educators. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support a middle school population of students as a single school site in Philadelphia for the full school year.

Perks and Compensation

• Earn up to $70/hr (W2, we handle withholdings so you don’t have to) 
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• Reimbursement for required background checks 
• Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks)
• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA

What You Will Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop/revise Behavior Intervention Plans 
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Provide both direct services and consultative support at the school sites
• Coach and supervise Behavior Interventionists, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other support staff
• Promote ethical ABA practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention 
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, caregivers and educators 

What You Will Need 

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
