Cafe Attendant

We are excited to bring a versatile cafe attendant to our Constellation team at Hogan Lovells in New York, NY. As a Constellation Cafe attendant, you will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele daily, providing delicious food and beverage items and friendly customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• To be able to communicate with his/her colleagues during the service
• To participate in running of an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible for.
• To assist the Manager consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times
• Oversees the operation and sets-up a station/section.
• To coordinate the service of food and beverage efficiently and accurately.
• To report and follow up all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery of service.
• To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager/assistant, followed by effective communication.
• To perform and check all duties related to cafe opening/closing check list.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of food storage and safety procedures.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years' experience in a foodservice environment.

Compensation Range

$20-$24 an hour.
