Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide high-quality customer service to Marketplace consumers by answering inquiries, assisting with applications for health coverage, processing updates, and ensuring accurate documentation.

BYOD Equipment Requirements
• Desktop or Laptop with Intel Core i5 or higher & 8GB RAM (NO Celeron; Pentium; MAC IOS)
• Minimum 256GB hard drive
• Windows 10 or 11
• At least 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (for wired headset)
• RJ-45 wired internet connection to your router
• Wired headset with microphone (USB Gen 2 or newer preferred)
• Video camera (needed for training)
• No MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, or tablets
• Internet speed: Download 100 Mbps / Upload 10 Mbps (wired)

Steps to Complete
1. ISP Speed Test – Use your work device and take a screenshot of your results:
2. Computer Processor Screenshot – Must show Intel Core i5 or better.
3. Smartphone Type – Reply with “Apple” or “Android.”
4. Headset Photo – Must connect via USB Gen 2 or headphone jack.
5. Available Storage – Minimum 30GB free space.
6. Geographical Location – Name of nearest grocery store/gas station, cross street, park, and school district.
