Gain valuable, hands-on experience while changing the lives of your patients at Sanford Health! **Responsibilities** * Provide assistance with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating, while supporting emotional and spiritual needs * Record vital statistics, blood glucose levels, and other basic health information * Assist with patient transfers and ambulation * Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare * Prepare and clean patient treatment areas, living areas, and medical equipment * Dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with standards and policy **Qualifications** High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
