About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across all digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, brand management, customer acquisition and retention, team leadership, market analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration. This key leadership role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's objectives. The CMO will also be tasked with ensuring that all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in the iGaming sector. Applicants for the CMO position at the company must have a proven track record of at least 5 years in senior marketing leadership roles within the online gambling or iGaming industry. The role demands an individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and data-driven marketing strategies. A strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in the iGaming industry is essential. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic, and results-oriented individual with a passion for the gaming industry, capable of executing hands-on when required, and fluent in English, with Dutch language skills being a plus. The CMO will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results, and to lead a talented marketing team to success.
