Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our care. Skills
- Experience working with students of various ages and abilities.
- Proven experience working in childcare settings and providing exceptional care and education to young children.
- Knowledge of first aid and ability to administer emergency care when necessary.
- Strong behavior management skills and ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor in challenging situations.
- Experience caring for toddlers and ability to create engaging and stimulating activities.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Excellent caregiving skills and ability to provide nurturing and supportive care to children.
- Ability to educate children using positive reinforcement strategies and engaging lesson plans.

Duties

Provide exceptional childcare services to children of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
- Administer first aid and provide emergency care when necessary.
- Manage challenging behaviors by implementing positive reinforcement strategies and maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and management to ensure continuity of care and adherence to center policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements

High School Diploma or higher
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass background checks
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday

Nice To Haves
