Clinical Outreach Specialist – Hospital Education (Contract, Richmond VA)

HealthBridge is seeking an experienced Clinical Outreach Specialist to conduct educational sessions with hospital staff at HCA and Bon Secours hospitals in Richmond. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , paid per engagement with the opportunity to grow into a full time W2 position.

What You’ll Do:

• Host lunch & learns, morning meetings, and in-service presentations inside local hospitals.
• Present HealthBridge’s programs to hospitalists, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted educational resource.
• Document sessions and provide feedback to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hospital experience (case management, clinical education, liaison role, or similar).
• Credentialed with HCA (HealthTrust Verified Professionals) and/or Bon Secours (Symplr) hospitals (must meet all compliance requirements for access).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Professional presence with the ability to engage clinicians effectively.
• Self-directed and reliable as an independent contractor.

Compensation:

• $500 per completed speaking arrangement (e.g., lunch & learn, morning meeting, or educational in-service).
