Configuration Data Manager

OASYS is seeking an experienced Configuration Data Manager to support Tranche 3 Program Integration (T3PI) and the Space Development Agency (SDA). This role is in Chantilly, VA and requires a Top-Secret clearance.

We will work with the SDA, end users, space vehicle contractors, and ground segment contractors to ensure the architecture, requirements, implementation, integration and testing are executed successfully. The Configuration Data Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Configuration Management/Data Management process.
• Oversee process to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records.
• Develop and implement comprehensive data and configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures for the T3PI digital environment.
• Define and implement processes to segregate and safeguard sensitive and proprietary data using role-based access controls.
• Establish and maintain record of Authoritative Source of Truth for controlled documents and artifacts.
• Ensure standardization across program tools and artifacts as well as alignment with government processes.
• Establish and enforce CM process; to include pre-defined roles and responsibilities, workflow management, and version control.
• Facilitate risk reviews and reporting, ensuring that all potential issues are documented and addressed alongside configuration changes.
• Oversee the RIO process within the configuration framework, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience OR Masters and 7 years of relevant experience. Additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
• Experience with Configuration Management or Data Management Processes on development programs using SharePoint and Confluence.
• 5 years of experience in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
• Experienced with fast-paced, dynamic programs.
• Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development.
• Experience supporting a Space program desired!
