What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives and ensure service delivery excellence
• Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of deliverables
• Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior management
• Maintain up-to-date records on the status of all projects and communicate proactively with clients
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while achieving project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills, providing a confident leadership presence
• Solid understanding of database design and legal document review requirements, including Relativity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in handling all aspects of a project from initial planning to final production
• Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to adapt to client needs
• Familiarity with data processing activities relevant to eDiscovery
