Position Highlights:

• Pay & Perks: Receive a base pay of $0.50 to $0.55 CPM, plus additional earnings of $150–$200 per week for trailer movements.
• Mileage: Cover between 2,200 and 3,200 miles each week.

• Freight Type: Handle consistent, no-touch freight.
• Lane Details: Routes originate in North Canton, OH, heading to Maryland and Virginia, with 100% dedicated freight for steady and predictable work.

Driver Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 months of Class A OTR or Regional Reefer/Dry Van experience within the last year, or 6 months of verifiable local experience, or a combination of OTR/regional/local experience in the past year, or 1 year of T/T experience with vehicles over 40ft within the last 3 years.
• Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations in the past three years (excluding major violations). No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the past three years (no injuries, rear-end collisions, jackknifes, or rollovers). No speeding tickets exceeding 20 MPH alongside other violations during the same timeframe.
• Employment History: Must have held no more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
• Criminal History: No felonies in the past 5 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years. Must be off probation/parole for 5 years (for felonies) or 3 years (for misdemeanors).
