Youll be immersed in both front and back office operations, gaining a holistic view of patient care in a fast-paced, high-end dermatology and plastic surgery practice.

What You'll Learn & Earn:

• Certified Dermatology Technician. (National Certification)
• HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Training.
• CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, Emsella Certification.
• Clinical documentation + EMR proficiency (EZDerm).
• Insurance verification, patient scheduling & payment collection.
• Medication dispensing & pharmacy regulation basics.
• Surgical assisting (biopsies, injections, sutures, excisions, PRP, and more).
• Laser safety protocols and setup.
• Proper sterilization, room turnover & infection control.
• Medical photography + setup for plastic surgery & hair transplant procedures.
• Communication with patients regarding treatment plans, prescriptions & procedures.
