We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Bronx, New York. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, ideal for professionals passionate about technology and education. In this role, you will assist teachers and students with technical support, ensuring smooth operations in classrooms for grades Pre-K through 5th.

Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support to teachers in classrooms, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and iPads for students and staff.
• Support students in utilizing Google Classroom tools effectively for their learning activities.
• Offer guidance to staff on using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or device issues to minimize disruptions in the learning environment.
• Ensure all classroom technology is functioning optimally and meets the needs of educators and students.
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions to improve future support processes.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with iPads and their applications in educational settings.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Classroom.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with educators, students, and staff effectively.
• Experience in a school environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
