Were looking for a motivated and detail?oriented Disclosure & Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an entry?level position designed for someone eager to start a long?term career in the mortgage industry.

Youll primarily assist with the loan disclosure process , making sure documents are accurate and compliant, while also being cross?trained to help with other key operational functions such as processing support, file management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and sending initial and updated loan disclosures
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with loan officers, processors, and clients to gather needed information
• Help track and document the progress of active loans
• Support various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Learn and apply compliance and mortgage regulations through hands?on training

Qualifications

• No prior mortgage experience required (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable with technology and data entry
• Team?oriented and eager to learn
• Reliable, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow within the company

Compensation

$20 - $28 hourly
