Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Shelf Senior Manager to lead the execution of digital shelf optimization and eRetail activation strategies. This role will focus on improving speed-to-market, driving conversion, and increasing online sales performance across key retail partners. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in content excellence, SEO, online merchandising, and process optimization in an eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Shelf Optimization:

• Lead and evolve the “beat the algorithm” strategy to maximize visibility and discoverability on retailer platforms.
• Manage a team of eCommerce Analysts focused on:
• SEO and on-site search optimization
• Content accuracy and excellence
• Customer-centric digital merchandising

eRetail Activation:

• Oversee timely and accurate product launches and updates across all eRetail platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of copy and assets to retail partners.
• Resolve discrepancies related to product information, images, and descriptions.
• Create and maintain best-practice documentation for all eRetail execution processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Align digital shelf initiatives with brand, digital, eCommerce, and DTC teams.
• Develop and share playbooks that promote best practices and search & discoverability strategies.
• Drive consistent usage of PIM/DAM systems to ensure data quality and share of shelf/voice.

Toolkit Management & Data Integrity:

• Own and optimize the Digital Shelf toolkit ecosystem (PIM, DAM, Clavis, etc.).
• Train and support brand teams on asset management systems and workflows.
• Analyze content performance data and recommend improvements.

Leadership & Innovation:

• Build and mentor a high-performing digital shelf team.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Identify new tools, workflows, and technologies to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in digital content management, eRetail activation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and content management systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing eCommerce analytics and toolkits (e.g., PIM, DAM, Clavis, Profitero).
• Strong innovation mindset with a passion for operational efficiency and digital excellence.
