Job Description

Pay Base pay range: $160,793.00/yr – $166,019.00/yr. Principal of Deans Mill School Stonington Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and successful educator to serve as the Principal of Deans Mill School. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to student learning and school improvement. For essential duties and responsibilities, please review the attached job description. Candidates must hold a Connecticut Intermediate Administration Certification (092). Salary range per the SSASA collective bargaining agreement is $160,793 – $166,019, pro-rated based on date of hire. This is a 217-day-per-year position. Stonington Public Schools serves approximately 2,000 students in grades PK‑12 from across the Stonington community, including the borough of Stonington, the villages of Pawcatuck, Lords Point, and Wequetequock, and the eastern halves of Mystic and Old Mystic.
