Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Language Arts (ELA) Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literacy, a talent for engaging young learners, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ELA instruction aligned with state standards

• Teach reading, writing, and language skills to elementary students

• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners

• Use assessments and data to guide instruction

• Collaborate with staff and families to support student achievement

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field

• Missouri teaching certification (or the ability to obtain one)

• Previous experience teaching English Language Arts at the elementary level

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Must pass state and federal background checks

• Must be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry
