Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. **Must Have** Associate's Degree and 1 years of relevant experience One of the following may be used as equivalent to Associate's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: + NNS Apprentice School graduate + Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate + High School/GED and 2 years of related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience + High School/GED and 4 years of non-related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience **Nice to Have** **Why HII** We build the world's most powerful, survivable naval ships and defense technology solutions that safeguard our seas, sky, land, space and cyber.
