Must have a certification, license, or degree in exercise science or related field . Must have the dexterity, strength, agility, and stamina to perform stretch therapy. Must be comfortable working closely with both male & female clients. Our Certified Stretch Therapists (CST™) use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), dynamic, and static stretching techniques and finish with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.
