What You’ll Do As a Floral Order Picker & Loader, you’ll play a key role in getting our beautiful floral products into the hands of our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a variety of temperatures — and you’ll love the energy that comes with it.You will be responsible for safely and accurately picking floral orders using pick tickets or scanners, packing and boxing products for shipment, loading them onto company trucks, meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals, and working efficiently to meet tight loading deadlines. Safely and accurately picking floral orders using pick tickets and/or scannersMust be comfortable working in various temperature zones, including 45&degree;F for unloading, scanning, and sorting inbound product; 50&degree;F for packing and loading trucks; 85&degree;F in the greenhouse while handling inbound foliage; and a seasonal loading dock with year-round temperature changes.Responsibilities also include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating with your team to keep operations flowing smoothly
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with the correct number and quality of units
• Audit and inspect products to ensure they meet order and quality specifications
• Execute downgrade processes for expired or sub-spec inventory
• Consolidate product carts and racks, managing by expiration dates
• Follow standard operating procedures every time

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with seasonal variations. Flexibility is essential during peak periods.

Pay Range : $17.50/hr-$18.50/hr

When You'll Work: Sunday-Thursday 9-10-hour shift on average, 30-40hrs per week. EOD = "End of Day" (whenever the shift is completed)Sunday: 3:00PM-EOD Monday:6:00PM-EODTuesday:6:00PM- EODWednesday:6:00PM -EODThursday:6:00PM-EOD

Holiday Schedule (November – May) Shifts may be 10–12 hours during these periodsSunday: 3:00 PM – EOD, Monday – Thursday: 6:00 PM – EOD Occasional Friday/Saturday shifts required during the 2 weeks leading up to major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling for 8+ hours
• Comfortable working in hot/cold environments year-round
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse

Skills and Experience Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Hmong/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more during shifts
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
