Position Details - Job Title: Janitorial Pressure Washer
- Location: Indian Land, SC
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Specific hours may vary but will be consistent)
Key Responsibilities As a Janitorial Pressure Washer, your primary role will be to use pressure washing equipment to perform deep cleaning as part of our janitorial services across various school facilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Operating and maintaining industrial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Applying the equipment to clean exterior surfaces, sidewalks, common areas, equipment, and other surfaces as directed.
- Handling cleaning chemicals and detergents according to safety guidelines.
- Performing routine maintenance checks and minor upkeep on the pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Following all company and school safety protocols and procedures.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
- Coordinating with the janitorial team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications - Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment is highly preferred.
- A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting equipment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a background check as this position works within school environments.
