This position requires designing large-scale game systems that maximize engagement, revenue, and retention. Responsibilities: Mentor junior designers and review their work. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas. Run play tests and incorporate team feedback for continual game improvement. Work with Producers and developers to define, plan, and iterate on game features to high standards. Write clear documents communicating game feature requirements. Analyze game metrics and feedback to inform design decisions. Possess broad knowledge in game design aspects such as system design, narration, economy balance, UI design, etc. Qualifications: A passion for games. 3+ years of experience in game design or production. Strong understanding of game design concepts and principles. Experience in writing game system specifications. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
