In this role, you will ensure the reliability of residential and commercial standby power systems. You will gain valuable experience working with a variety of generators, particularly Generac units, while enjoying a culture that promotes professional growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine generator maintenance, including oil changes and spark plug replacements
• Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings effectively
• Assist with scheduling maintenance visits and respond to emergency service calls
• Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding a professional image

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with generator maintenance and repair (preferred)
• Strong mechanical background with proven problem-solving skills
• Experience with Generac or similar systems is highly preferred
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
