What's in it for You - Competitive Salary: $115,000.00 / year
- Work Site Location: Santa Clara, CA
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. This position may require working long hours and on weekends.

Your Responsibilities as Global Security Operations Center Manager - Oversee daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to security incidents.
- Lead a team of security analysts in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support proactive decision-making.
- Develop and implement emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into business operations and strategic planning.
- Maintain cutting-edge technology and systems to support security operations and intelligence analysis.
- Conduct regular training and exercises to prepare staff for emergency situations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GSOC team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications: - Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a GSOC environment, including multiple years in a GSOC Lead or Manager role.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with access control platforms, video management systems, and incident management software.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving people, processes, and technology.
- Proficient with the latest GSOC tools and technologies

- Skilled in crisis management, providing front-line leadership in high-pressure situations.
- Experienced in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
