About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a dynamic team in the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the talent acquisition function to be agile, inclusive, and future-ready, in line with the company's mission and culture. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored, scalable hiring solutions. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, champion a best-in-class candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement through the use of data, technology, and vendor partnerships. Candidates for the Head of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in both high-volume and full-cycle recruitment. The role requires a leader with strong project management, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills, who is proficient in using AI tools, ATS platforms, and analytics to drive hiring efficiency. A solid understanding of employment law, EEO, and compliance requirements is essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into actionable talent strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. A Bachelor's or University degree is required.
