About the Role
The ideal candidate is a Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager/Assistant Dinning room Manager with a strong background in F&B, 5 starts Hotel/Resorts, and/or other cruise. As a Head Waiter/Head Waitress you will assist in supervising and coordinating the functions of the restaurant, providing courteous and professional service to guests, ensuring total guest satisfaction regarding food quality and service in accordance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
Upkeep company standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.; Trains, monitors and evaluates the crew members according to company standards; Attentiveness to guest's needs, necessities, special diets, allergies and guest celebrations.; Deliver the best food experience to all guests and go above and beyond their expectations.;
Main Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant, Supervisory or Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in a 4-5 stars Restaurants/Hotels/Resorts.; Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining restaurants.; Strong leadership skills and ability to manage international staff.; Great communication in English, and any additional languages skills such as: Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portuguese.; Good abilities of coaching, scheduling, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills.;
