Job Description:

We are seeking an honest, hardworking, and energetic Insurance Agent to join our team at Jeff David Insurance in Gladstone. This role involves selling health insurance policies and servicing new and existing clients both in person and over the phone. We service Marketplace and Medicare clientele. Our ideal candidate is a superb communicator who is proactive in finding solutions and communicates effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients through in-person and over-the-phone interactions.

· Service current clients and efficiently handle inbound calls for new enrollments.

· Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and insurance providers to ensure comprehensive client support.

· Act as a team player to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

· Ensure all client interactions are conducted with integrity and in compliance with industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required; onsite training provided.

· Must be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance sales licensing, with fees covered by the employer.

· Strong team player who is patient and committed to learning the complexities of the insurance industry.

· No cold calling required; focus on servicing clients and handling inbound inquiries.
