Heavy Equipment - Diesel Mechanic
Location: Lexington, KY
Starting Pay: $30.00–$32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our specialized equipment fleet running strong. Your daily work will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and high-pressure water pumps.
• Conducting inspections on brake systems, steering, wheel bearings, and other critical components.
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Managing parts inventory and keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Traveling to job sites across the region as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of mechanic experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. ASE certification is a plus.
• License: Valid CDL Class A or B (required for full sign-on bonus eligibility).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift 50–70 lbs and work outdoors around active machinery.
• Flexible: Willing and able to travel frequently for field-based work.
