Employment Type: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Pay Rate: $72,000+/salary (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Plus $3,000 Sign on Bonus
Location: Topeka, KS
Our Registered Nurse has the primary responsibility to participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care provided in the patient’s place of residence. This nurse will actively participate in coordination of all aspects of patient’s care, in accordance with current professional standards and practice. This position will also require flexibility to meet patient care needs within the continuum of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of home health patients and coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Perform in-home assessments, monitor patient progress, and update care documentation.
Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Uniform Scrub Allowance Program
Required: Current unrestricted State of Kansas License to practice as a Registered Nurse. One year professional medical-surgical experience. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, standards of nursing practice, scope of practice and relevant statutes and regulations. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, pay strong attention to detail and accuracy and work under pressure in a cooperative work environment. Must be self-directed, motivated and flexible. Preferred: Home Health or Hospice experience.
