About the Role

As our HR Administrative Assistant (Service Representative) at our facility in Springfield MA , you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support. You’ll handle HR service delivery, employee inquiries, and provide local support for engagement events and activities. This is a hands-on role where your communication, empathy, and organizational skills will directly shape the employee experience.

Starting Salary: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm

What You’ll Do

• Serve as initial contact for HR inquiries (payroll, benefits, compensation, policies).
• Support scheduling, HR processes, and program administration.
• Provide empathetic assistance and redirect employees to the right resources.
• Maintain HR records and assist with daily/weekly administrative tasks.
• Help plan and deliver employee engagement events and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ years of administrative experience with a focus on internal customer service.
• HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
