About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of families—while having the freedom to work remotely. No prior insurance or sales experience required— we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

As a Remote Insurance Agent, you’ll help clients secure Mortgage Protection and Final Expense insurance from a portfolio of 20+ top-rated carriers. This role is commission-based, offering the flexibility to build your own schedule and control your income.

What You’ll Do

• Help families find affordable coverage to protect their mortgage and final expenses
• Conduct virtual or in-home appointments (typically 45–60 minutes)
• Use a proven sales system with scripts, presentations, and tools provided
• Work with exclusive, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
• Follow up with clients who request information via direct mail, online forms, or call-ins
• Submit applications and track client interactions

Income Potential (Based on averages of current performers)

• Commission Only: ~$500+ per application
• Part-Time: $30,000–$60,000/year
• Full-Time: $75,000–$180,000+/year
• 5% commission increase every 2 months (for qualifying agents)

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time
• Comfortable with virtual tools and remote work
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we’ll guide you through it)
• Interested in helping families and building a career in a recession-resistant industry

This is a 1099 contractor role. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
