Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician ! This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems used throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically skilled, and committed to maintaining equipment performance and workplace safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance in assigned areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment with limited supervision.
• Perform repairs and install/remove equipment efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to plant emergencies , including equipment malfunctions, Haz-Mat incidents, fires, or severe weather situations.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure all safety protocols are met.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and checklists.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.

Skills and Experience:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or machine maintenance.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Must have or be able to obtain all tools necessary to perform job duties.
• Strong knowledge of hand, power, and industrial tools.
• Valid Driver’s License.
