📝 Responsibilities:

• Litigate complex insurance and commercial disputes, defending clients in New York state and federal courts, including coverage and bad faith claims.
• Draft motions, such as dismissals and summary judgments, to secure favorable outcomes in cases valued at $500K–$5M, adhering to 2024 NY regulations.
• Conduct depositions of key witnesses and corporate representatives , developing precise questioning to strengthen case strategies.
• Manage e-discovery and document production, ensuring compliance with federal and state discovery rules under tight deadlines.
• Research emerging legal issues, like policy exclusions or contract breaches, to support robust defense arguments.
