WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As a Landscape Operations Manager, no two days are the same-and that's what keeps things exciting! You kick off your mornings by lining up crews, coordinating with Account Managers, and ensuring every job site is ready to proceed. From lawn care and landscaping to hardscaping, irrigation, and drainage, you're the one making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. Out in the field, you're checking in on sites, keeping quality top-notch, solving problems on the fly, and supporting your team with hands-on leadership. Back at the office, you're reviewing reports, managing resources, and keeping communication flowing between clients, vendors, and team members. With safety as your foundation and excellence as your standard, you lead the charge in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while inspiring your crews to give their best every day.
