Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead installation crews, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Supervise and train install technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Complete job documentation and ensure accurate work orders

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• EPA Certification (required but we can help obtain if needed)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
• Pass a background check with TDLR
