This position serves as the primary supervisor for 20-30 student employees at the Library’s service desks located in Rod Library and at the newly created TEACH Studio in Schindler Education Center; serves as rotating Supervisor on Duty at both desks; creates and edits Frequently Asked Questions in LibAnswers platform; manages chat training for student employees; serves as the back-up for the book stacks supervisor as needed; maintains the library’s lost and found collection; and serves on library teams and committees.
Qualifications: Three years of library work experience or a combination of related work experience, undergraduate education, and/or post-high school library training totaling four years.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
