Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. You need to have around 1 year of experience in Paint process (pretreatment and chemical process) and Fanuc robotics .

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Automotive, Fanuc & robotics)

Location: Wentzville, MO

Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour

What's the Job?

Propose and evaluate manufacturing process and equipment for assigned areas.
Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.
Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
Provide technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline.
0-2 years of experience required.
Strong background in paint process, pretreatment and chemical process.
Around 1 year of experience with Fanuc Robotcs, and automation systems.
Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Basic knowledge of tooling processes and automotive industry processes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email tools.
