About Us: Places You’ll Go Therapy has a vision to become a leading provider of healthcare services, specializing in home health. Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services. Responsibilities:

  • Implement therapeutic activities to address clients' developmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred
