SALARY: $52,000 - $61,750, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for OKC Metal Container Corporation. In this role, you will assist employees with general inquires and support HR related programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serve as the support point of contact for employee HR inquiries (FMLA, benefits, payroll, 401k, etc.) and follow up on leave-related matters.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including maintaining employee records, I-9s, rosters, and org charts.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, wage changes, separations, and retirements.
  • Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, events, recognitions, and communications (e.g., newsletters, announcements).
  • Manage HR reporting, data tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee office logistics such as supplies, visitor badges, and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in HR projects, teams, and initiatives to support site culture and People Pillar goals.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree; 35 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience a plus.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative with all levels of personnel.
