Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Vocovision Teletherapy
Location: Remote (Serving an Ohio School District)
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 October 31, 2025 (with potential to extend)
Vocovision Teletherapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in Ohio. This is a full-time, remote position providing teletherapy services to students who are Deaf or hard of hearing. The role involves delivering both direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with student IEPs, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:Provide virtual speech-language therapy services (direct and indirect) tailored to individual student needs
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop, implement, and update IEP goals and treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Utilize AAC devices effectively in therapy sessions and support student communication needs
Valid SLP certification/license eligible to practice in Ohio or able to obtain one before start date
MUST be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
Proficient and comfortable working with AAC devices and technology-based therapy tools
Experience working with Deaf or hard of hearing students
Strong understanding of typical SLP duties including IEPs, evaluations, and delivering teletherapy services
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote work environment
Work remotely with flexible scheduling within full-time hours
Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to inclusive education and innovative teletherapy
