Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs! No experience required! We will train you how to be a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop! Responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filter, washing windshield, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory levels on the floor, maintaining cleanliness of work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements include ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary, and have reliable transportation to and from the shop. Full-time & flexible schedules are available, with competitive base pay rates & weekly bonuses, same day pay available, free oil changes, paid time off, and health, vision, & dental insurance. Over 90% of Shop Managers started as lube techs, with paid training to advance through the company.
