ICF Next – On-Call Senior Video Editor Are you passionate about storytelling and collaborating with a team to bring creative ideas to visual life? ICF Next is seeking an On-Call Senior Video Editor to join our Creative Studio on a freelance basis. In this role, you’ll edit video and audio content across a variety of digital and social platforms in a fast-paced, creative environment. At ICF Next, we’re more than a marketing partner. If you love turning raw footage into compelling stories and would like the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the United States as well as have variable hours (from zero to 30 per week) , we want to hear from you. As an On-Call Senior Video Editor , you will: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products that align with project requirements and creative vision. Collaborate with creative leads and clients to ensure video content aligns with overarching campaign goals, deliverables, and brand identity. Provide strategic insights on video formats, pacing, and visual style to maximize engagement and impact. Use advanced color grading techniques to enhance visual storytelling and ensure high-quality visuals. Be a student of the industry by staying up to date on the latest technology, trends, and tools for video/dynamic content in digital/social and advertising, bringing your expertise to Studio and our clients. To join us, you will have: Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of video editing experience, preferably within an agency environment. Professional Skills: Experience editing for a variety of formats, from documentary to social media, and have a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong color grading skills, preferably with experience in DaVinci Resolve and/or Lumetri. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Skills in Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro a plus. Job Location(s): Remote within the United States. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
