Immerse yourself in the daily adventure of ensuring smooth and efficient operations of facility equipment within our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining the uptime and operational efficiency of our equipment, which includes mastery over machinery, computer systems, control systems, and safety frameworks. Expect to engage in enhancing our preventive maintenance activities and be the driving force behind our technical expertise. The physical demands of this role will have you on your feet, literally and figuratively, as you lift to address challenges head-on. Are you ready to be the hero of the night shift?

*This is a 3rd shift position. Working Hours for this overnight role will be 5:30pm - 5:30am on a rotating schedule. Training for this position will be during the dayshift. The working hours during training will be M-F 7am - 3:30pm.*

With an emphasis on lean practices, you'll help pioneer new efficiencies and be a cornerstone in our emergency response squad.

Your Key Contributions Include:

• Conduct profound troubleshooting and maintenance of high-tech processing equipment.
• Be an architect in reducing equipment downtime through predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Stand as a guardian for our facilities, ensuring all electrical and HVAC systems are optimized and safe.
• Champion the cause for a clean, efficient, and safety-first workspace.
• Answer the call of duty with proactive solutions during off-hours on a 24/7 rotating on-call basis.
• Constantly evolve by engaging in training to keep your skills razor-sharp and industry-compliant.

Bring These Qualifications:

We'll supply the roadmap; you bring the drive and determination. Here are the tools you'll need:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• A seasoned professional with 2+ years in maintenance environments.
• Have an analytical mindset with a dash of technical curiosity.
• You speak fluent "blueprint" and understand the language of schematics.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Some PLC knowledge will set you apart.

If Required by the Modality:

• Support Lean practices and principles.

Other Needs

• Ability to meet physical requirements of position, including physical capacity evaluation testing and annual physical, as appropriate.
• Ability to successfully complete Operator training (classroom and hands-on) to become certified Operator and successfully pass Operator re-certification test annually.
• If required by the specific modality, this role is subject to passing Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) required background check.
